About Us

Founded in 2007 on the principles of the credit union cooperative movement, CU ATM Services is uniquely founded for the benefit of cooperation among cooperatives. The economies of scale our credit unions achieve through the CUSO helps deliver cost effective products and services to their members ranging from ATM/ITM management to back-office image proofing.

Over the years, our services have expanded to include additional offerings such as the coordination of branch cash delivery and item proofing, taking advantage of collaborative volume to reduce costs. We believe working in partnership through our CUSO helps our credit unions better meet their members’ needs. We strive daily to live up to our mission of delivering significant value to our credit unions.

Having a CUSO dedicated to ATM/ITM device management gives our credit unions the ability to stay ahead of ever-changing trends, including the capacity to navigate the increased complexity of physical and technical security and compliance. We help our credit unions reduce the costs and risks of operating an ATM network while also rolling out features to keep current with the largest financial institutions.
